Click the "Link" tab under the search box. Then choose at least one link from the displayed list. Add that link to your site and publish it. Then take the URL of your site and enter it in the search box above the list. After submitting, your site URL should be on the list. The only way to get on that list is to link to other pages on that list first.

Then fill out the popup dialog and click its "add" button:
